Internal Account Manager (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
You are responsible for your assigned customers in the retail and consumer electronics sector and independently ensure professional customer support. You recognize your customers' needs and offer them concrete solutions based on our product and service portfolios and proactively develop the business.
In close collaboration with various contacts, you act as the interface between the manufacturer and the customer. You coordinate inquiries, create offers, process orders, and ensure timely delivery.
You actively support us in process optimizations to increase profitability and efficiency.
Additionally, your responsibilities as a customer advisor also include designing sales and marketing activities in consultation with the supervising authority or product marketing, as well as accompanying and coordinating customer-specific projects.
Your expertise
You take pride in your completed vocational training (retail/KV) and possibly already have further training in the commercial/technical/business administration field.
You enjoy communicating, have fun with telephone contact with customers, and like to use your language skills in German and English – if you can also communicate in French, that’s “formidable”!
You have a certain affinity for the IT industry and a pronounced sales and negotiation flair.
The common MS Office applications are not new to you - SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system is an advantage - but not a “must”.
You are a proactive, goal-oriented, and persuasive personality with a friendly and competent demeanor and good expression.
