Your area of responsibility
- At one of our locations in Bern, Basel, Lucerne, Winterthur, St. Gallen, Rapperswil, Zug, or Zurich, you will take on responsibility and actively contribute to the success of our initiative
- You will take care of the training of new employees and build a strong, committed consulting team
- You will accompany our clients holistically in asset planning and organization and offer tailored solutions
- Independently, you will develop complex consulting concepts in the areas of investments, asset structuring, and tax optimization
- You will manage our clients within individual asset management mandates and ensure that their long-term goals are achieved
- In targeted client acquisition, whether through specialist seminars, webinars, or other representative tasks, you will be actively involved and contribute to the growth of asset management mandates

Your strengths
- You have a university degree (Uni/FH)
- You are a strong, positive, and acquisition-oriented personality
- You bring professional experience in client consulting/financial consulting
- You are characterized by entrepreneurial thinking and the willingness to make a difference and take on responsibility
- You recognize the needs of clients and are able to offer tailored solutions
- Ideally, you already have your own client portfolio in the upper affluent segment and build sustainable client relationships
- You are a competent contact person and have either proven expertise or great interest in the areas of investments, retirement, taxes, and financing
- You communicate fluently in German (native language), and English and/or any other national language is an advantage
- Market-oriented base salary
