Polymechanic - Component Assembly

• Assembly and adjustment of linear guides, screw drives and mechanical components
• Final inspection of assembled units for precision and functionality
• Participation in the optimisation of assembly processes
• Collaboration with design and quality assurance on technical issues
• Maintenance and servicing of assembly tools and machines

• Completed training as a polymechanic or a comparable qualification
• Experience in assembling mechanical precision components (linear guides, screw drives advantageous)
• Confident handling of measuring instruments (micrometer, calliper, height gauge)
• Independent, precise and careful working method
