- Completed training as a medical assistant, emergency paramedic, or a comparable qualification.
- Experience in emergency care, patient admission, or administration is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, patient orientation, and teamwork are essential.

Your Tasks
- Administrative patient admission in the Central Emergency Department (CED) as well as master data maintenance
- Advice, initiation, and conclusion of treatment and optional service contracts
- Coordination of administrative processes and interface function between CED, wards, and outpatient clinics
- Requesting and tracking of findings and examination results
- Conducting and assisting with medical examinations (e.g., laboratory, ECG)
- Digital documentation of social and nursing anamneses in the hospital information system (HIS)
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (m/f/d), Paramedic (m/f/d), or comparable qualification
- Experience in the emergency department, patient admission, or administration is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office and ideally knowledge of HIS
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Strong patient orientation, communication skills, and ability to work in a team
