During your trainee program, you will have the opportunity to get to know the exciting and diverse tasks of the administration department in a renowned luxury hotel up close and gain first-hand experience in an internationally known company.
As part of your activities, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Daily recording and billing of minibar sales
- Conducting inventories and stock checks in the minibar depots, taking into account the expiration dates
- Conducting permanent and monthly inventories, evaluation/analysis of inventory results
- Preparation of daily food cost
- Creation and costing of recipes and pricing, taking into account the mix of goods used
- Posting of food, beverage, and material receipts and the resulting internal goods movements
- Carrying out delivery note and invoice checks
- Storage, maintenance, and conducting inventories in the warehouses
- Qualitative and quantitative control of goods receipts with empty container management
- Determination of warehouse key figures and preparation of purchasing statistics
- Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or graduate of a two-year hotel management school
- 2-3 years of professional experience in upscale hotels
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
- Teamwork skills as well as a high degree of reliability
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
