• Further development and operationalisation of the AEW.digital.2030 strategy
• Leadership, integration and further development of the Digitalisation & IT business unit
• Ensuring a stable, secure and efficient IT operation
• Further development of data, process, platform and architecture topics
• Responsibility for cyber security, information security and IT governance
• Interlinking business, processes, data, IT/OT and security
• Leadership of cross-departmental transformation and digitalisation initiatives
• Sparring partner to the CEO and the executive board on strategic technology and transformation topics

• Strategically strong, yet implementation-oriented leadership personality
• Broad experience at the interface of business, digitalisation, IT/OT, data and transformation
• Several years of leadership experience in a complex technology, transformation and stakeholder environment
• Experience as CIO, CDIO, CTO, CDO or in a comparable leadership role
• Experience in leading larger IT and/or digital organisations
• Proven transformation and change experience
• High communication and integration skills
• High credibility, clarity and leadership effectiveness
• Ability to bring together different interests and actively shape change
• Experience in energy, infrastructure, industry or similarly regulated environments is an advantage
