Internship / Apprenticeship Position Neighborhood Work 60%

The goal of neighborhood work is to sustainably strengthen quality of life and cohesion, promote attractive outdoor and play areas, create meeting places, and enable exchange, networking, and trust through social and cultural offerings. In neighborhood work, we coordinate and support socio-cultural offerings, operate neighborhood infrastructures in three focus areas, accompany committed volunteers, and design participation processes in the upgrading of public open spaces as well as private residential environments.
In doing so, we rely on active networking and collaboration with residents of the neighborhoods, various departments of the municipal administration, as well as organizations and institutions from the municipality, canton, and civil society – together we advocate for integration and connectedness in the neighborhood.
