About the job
To strengthen our team in the procurement of fresh products, we are looking for you in the Zurich/Schaffhausen/Thurgau/St.Gallen/Glarus region immediately or by arrangement as:
You can look forward to these tasks
- Support of all Volg sales outlets in the above-mentioned region in the areas of fruits and vegetables, bread and baked goods, meat, cheese and dairy products as well as frozen products
- Keeping your finger on the pulse of the market, you recognize trends and create layouts for new setups and store rearrangements in all fresh product categories
- Consulting and supporting store management and their employees regarding freshness, quality, layout, assortment design, presentation, and sales promotion
- Supporting the Volg Academy by participating in specialist courses and fresh product workshops, and contributing to assortment projects
We look forward to this profile
- Completed vocational training in retail and several years of professional experience in the fresh product sector
- Residence in the region to be supported
- Native German speaker, French communication skills are also desirable
- Several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Dynamic, communicative, and flexible personality with good assertiveness
- Independent and responsible work within your own area of responsibility
