Plant Operator 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

You monitor and supervise the ongoing production plants in shift work and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your main tasks include:

• Monitoring production orders according to work instructions, process descriptions and checklists of the quality management system

• Conducting regular quality checks

• Troubleshooting injection moulding machines and peripheral equipment

• Carefully completing documents

• Ensuring material flow and performing material changes

• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the operation

• Stepping in as a machine operator if necessary

• Acting as a contact person and, if necessary, coordinator of the operating staff when no supervisor is present

What do I need to be successful?

• German language skills, spoken and written

• Technical understanding

• Independent working style

• Strong quality awareness

• Willingness to work shifts and weekends

• Teamwork and personal responsibility

• Sense of order and flexibility

• Experience in an industrial environment is an advantage, but no specific training required
