For our medical department at the Burgdorf location, which has over 33 beds and around 50 employees as well as students and trainees, we are looking for a
certified nursing specialist (a) 80–100%
Shape nursing, empower people – your field of activity with us
- With personal responsibility and according to the latest nursing knowledge, you care for and nurse our patients
- You take on the leadership of a nursing group and work closely with health professionals, nursing assistants, students, and trainees
- You manage the entire nursing process – supported by our clinical information system Clinical – and ensure seamless documentation
- Together as a team, you continuously optimise nursing procedures and contribute your ideas
- As a mentor, you accompany and support students and trainees on their path into the nursing profession
What you need to be successful
- You are a certified nurse (HF/FH) or close to completion and ideally have already gained experience in acute care
- You find the broad medical spectrum of a family-like peripheral hospital exciting and enriching
- You treat people with respect and appreciation, as the best possible care for our patients is your top priority
- You work carefully, conscientiously, and gladly take on responsibility
- Further development is a matter of course for you and you want to continuously expand your skills
- You command the German language confidently (B2 certificate is the minimum requirement for applicants with a foreign language background)
