YOUR TASKS
In this versatile role, you are responsible for the operation, further development, and optimisation of our document management and automation solutions. You work closely with internal teams and make an important contribution to the digitalisation of our customers’ business processes.
- Installation, configuration, maintenance, and further development of our document management and automation solutions
- Ensuring stable and secure application operations for customers from the banking, insurance, and public administration sectors
- Responsibility for ISAE-relevant systems and ensuring compliance with compliance, security, and quality standards
- Participation in internal and external audits and implementation of corresponding requirements
- Analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimisation of applications in close collaboration with development teams
- Identification of optimisation potential in existing systems, services, and operational processes
- Participation in IT projects and support in the introduction of new solutions and technologies
- Further development and automation of services and operational procedures
- Creation and maintenance of technical and operational documentation in German and English
- Taking on tasks in application management and continuous optimisation of operational processes
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed training or further education in computer science or business informatics (HF/FH or equivalent)
- Several years of professional experience in application engineering, system engineering, or a comparable function
- Experience in planning, implementing, and operating IT systems and applications
- Good knowledge of Windows server environments and databases; Linux knowledge is an advantage
- Analytical and structured working style as well as enjoyment in solving technical problems
- High service and customer orientation as well as strong communication skills
- Interest in modern IT technologies and willingness for continuous professional development
- Enjoyment of working in interdisciplinary teams
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- A clean criminal record and debt enforcement register extract are required.
