If you answered yes to these questions, this position as a Global Talent Acquisition Partner for a 7-month maternity leave cover from November 2025 to May 2026 could be just right for you. In this role, you will work closely with leaders worldwide to attract top talent and strengthen our employer brand.
YOUR MISSION
- Close collaboration with hiring managers to define role requirements, ideal profiles, and search strategies - with a particular focus on international positions, primarily in Europe and potentially also in Asia and the USA.
- Management of job postings and candidate pipelines through job boards, social media, and internal channels.
- Conducting CV screenings, online and in-person interviews, and coordinating the entire interview process.
- Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships for smooth, timely, and high-quality recruiting results.
- Active sourcing of candidates through various platforms and networks to identify the best talent.
- Assessment of soft skills using the Saville Wave Personality Assessment, matching with benchmark profiles, and discussing results with hiring managers and candidates.
- Guiding hiring teams through the selection and decision-making process.
- Creating and presenting contract offers in accordance with compensation structures and internal policies.
YOUR PROFILE
- Completed studies in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification. Further training in Talent Acquisition or HR (e.g., recruiter or HR specialist) is an advantage.
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally in an engineering, sales, and/or production environment of international, fast-paced industrial companies.
- Solid interview, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in ATS systems and sourcing platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). High affinity for digital tools (e.g., MS Office 365, social media).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ideally, knowledge of the Saville Personality Assessment Tool or comparable instruments.
- Holistic perspective with a solution- and challenge-oriented attitude. Well-organized, self-motivated, and resilient in a dynamic environment.
- Assertive, persuasive, and customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in German and English; additional European languages (e.g., French, Italian, Dutch, Turkish) are an advantage.
