About the job
The Lanzeln Retirement Centre is a modern facility of the municipality of Stäfa and has been awarded the "Quality in Palliative Care" label. Centrally located and in close proximity to the lake and train station, we offer a lovely home to 136 residents. With around 200 employees, we provide a comprehensive and professional range of services.
For the further development of our modern and innovative healthcare facility, we are looking for an immediate or agreed start: Lead responsible person for Inter-RAI-LTCF performance recording.
Lead Responsible Person for Inter-RAI-LTCF Performance Recording (m/f) 60 - 80% Workload
Your Tasks
- With passion, you take overall responsibility for the Inter-RAI-LTCF performance recording throughout the entire facility
- You value accurate, complete, and timely data recording and ensure this at all times
- With commitment, you lead and coordinate projects in the area of care quality and Inter-RAI-LTCF development (e.g. process optimisation, digital adjustments)
- You coach and train employees in the application of Inter-RAI-LTCF and care documentation
- Close collaboration with the nursing management, corporate development management, residential area managers, and administration is a matter of course for you
- Preparing key figures and evaluations for management comes easily to you, and you take pride in providing a sound basis for decision-making
Your Profile
- Completed training as a certified nursing professional HF or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in long-term care or experience in geriatric palliative care or a conscious willingness to acquire this expertise
- Solid knowledge of Inter-RAI-LTCF
- Project management experience and organisational talent
- Enjoyment in training and supporting employees
- Very good IT user skills (care documentation, MS Office)
- Analytical, solution-oriented and process-oriented thinking as well as high social competence
