You love retail, enjoy practical work in the shop and take pleasure in passing on your knowledge?
With us, you combine exactly that with a meaningful task: You accompany EBA and EFZ apprentices as well as employees in supported workplaces on their professional journey. You are not only advisory but actively present in the shop operation and close to everyday work.
The role combines practical work in retail, training responsibility, case management and agogic support.
- You manage the cases assigned to you of EBA and EFZ apprentices as well as employees in supported workplaces.
- You accompany and promote them in practical training and daily work processes.
- You actively work in the shop and support where your expertise and presence are needed.
- You take responsibility for the training of EBA and EFZ apprentices, including learning documentation, qualification procedures and annual reviews.
- You conduct regular discussions with the insured persons and collaborate with IV offices, legal representatives, teachers, specialist agencies and residential services.
What you bring
A completed training as a Retail Specialist EFZ and several years of professional experience in retail. You enjoy training apprentices and impart your expertise in a practical way. You also enjoy working with people with different backgrounds. You take responsibility and remain calm and clear even in demanding situations. In addition, you document in a structured manner and handle digital work tools confidently. You enjoy being present in the shop and are willing to pitch in. Furthermore, you identify with the social and entrepreneurial mission of an integration organisation. Advantageous are a trainer course, work agogic or comparable further training. However, your willingness to develop further in this field is also crucial.
