Social Secretary at 70% (2 positions)

- The missions of SPAJ consist of ensuring the prevention, promotion and protection of youth and taking care of adults in difficulty. The service develops and finances outpatient care for children and guarantees the well-being of placed children while financially supporting extrafamilial care structures and specialised education institutions.
As part of your activity, you carry out various secretarial tasks related to the missions of the child protection office.
You not only ensure the follow-up of files, journals and databases of the office, but also manage correspondence, operate the telephone switchboard, perform certain archiving tasks and manage the supplies of the office.
Furthermore, you write reports, minutes and summons, while ensuring a professional and caring reception for users. You work closely with the various child protection stakeholders, which allows you to contribute to the smooth overall running of the office's secretariat.
Finally, you independently handle certain specific tasks related to the management of the office's files.
With a Federal VET Diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification, you have experience in a similar position.
You possess good knowledge of IT tools, especially the Office suite, as well as a mastery of spelling and real ease in writing.
Equipped with the ability to integrate quickly, you demonstrate empathy, interpersonal skills as well as rigour and discretion in carrying out assigned tasks.
