- Administrative support of the IT team in daily business
- Checking and further processing of service invoices
- Management of user accounts and permissions (Active Directory, Microsoft 365)
- Maintenance and updating of IT documentation, inventory lists, and process documents
- Coordination of appointments, organization of device handover as well as shipping and ordering
- Preparation of reports, evaluations, and overviews for IT management
- Communication with internal departments and external service providers
- Completed commercial or IT-related training (e.g., commercial clerk, ICT specialist, computer science EFZ) or a degree
- Initial experience in administrative IT environment or technical support is a plus
- Very good knowledge of common MS Office tools, especially Excel and Outlook
- A structured, precise, and independent way of working
- High service orientation, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of teamwork
- Enthusiasm for organization, coordination, and administrative processes
