• The SIEN is responsible for the IT of the State and its partners (municipalities, schools, health, social and parapublic sector). It defines the IT strategy with its partners, studies needs, proposes overall IT concepts and provides a range of services for all public authorities in Neuchâtel.

In compliance with SIEN's best practices and security guidelines, you install and ensure the proper functioning of hardware and software, while leading projects to implement standardised solutions. On a daily basis, you collaborate with engineers and technical project managers to successfully carry out deployments of infrastructures and complex solutions. You also intervene on second-level incidents and participate in their resolution to minimise work interruptions for the business units.

Holder of a higher technical diploma in telecommunications or an equivalent qualification, you have the following technical knowledge:

• networking (TCP/IP protocols, Cisco routing and switches)
• telephony (Unify communication solutions, IP telephony systems)
• unified communications management
• Neuchâtel
