Your Profile

Experienced project developer (m/f)
Ideally trained as an architect
Good knowledge of Swiss building law as well as the Central Swiss real estate market
Strong negotiation skills
Independent work with committed project depth as well as precise and detailed working methods

Your Challenges

Project development from site evaluation to official approval
Preparation of feasibility and potential studies as a basis for decision-making
Project management in investor, overall service competitions and development agreements
Coordination and negotiation with clients, authorities and planners
Profitability calculations
