In this versatile position, you ensure efficient, accurate and process-compliant personnel administration throughout the entire employee life cycle. You support the HR Business Partners as well as managers in administrative and organisational HR matters and contribute significantly to the quality of our HR services with your structured way of working.
Your tasks
- Personnel administration: You ensure efficient and process-compliant personnel administration, handle entries and exits, maintain the data records and support in sickness and accident notifications
- Contract management and correspondence: You prepare employment contracts, employment confirmations and references and ensure professional communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Recruitment and HR support: You coordinate recruitment processes, maintain organisational charts and overview lists and support the HR Business Partners throughout the entire employee life cycle
- Collaboration and processes: You work closely with managers, social insurance institutions and external partners and contribute with your structured way of working to the quality and further development of HR processes
Your profile
- Education: You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) as well as further training in the field of Human Resources, for example as a personnel assistant, personnel clerk or HR specialist
- Experience: You have several years of professional experience in personnel administration as well as ideally experience in recruitment and possess knowledge of Swiss labour law
- Personality: You convince with communication skills, teamwork, a structured way of working as well as a high service orientation and act discreetly, loyally and responsibly.
