Health Specialist EFZ
Your Task
- Performing care services for clients in their homes according to care planning and medical orders
- Documenting care in the progress report
- Adjusting measures in the care plan in collaboration with the case manager
- Goal- and solution-oriented collaboration within the interdisciplinary team
Your Profile
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ
- Flexibility and willingness for assignments with variable working hours
- Enjoyment of independent work combined with active teamwork
- Proficient IT skills and a valid category B driving license
