How you’ll make an impact

Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles on the German-speaking market across multiple functions and Business Units

Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutions

Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelines

Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices

Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives
Your background

At least 3-5 years of experience in talent acquisition in a similar role ideally combined with experience working in an international or matrixed environment

Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization

Good understanding of German-speaking labor market is mandatory

Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools

Fluency in English and German is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue)
