  • Co-responsibility for the timely, efficient, and structured handling of all administrative HR processes from entry to exit (excluding payroll processing)
  • Collaboration on administrative and organizational tasks, for example in the planning and execution of personnel events
  • Support in HR controlling as well as in the collection and preparation of HR key figures
  • Contact person for managers and employees on all HR-related questions

    • From July 1, 2026, or by agreement, we are looking to strengthen our team for a period of approximately one year with an HRM specialist.

    Your profile

    • Completed commercial basic training as well as specialized further training in the field of Human Resources (e.g., HR assistant or personnel clerk)
    • Initial experience in a generalist HR function, ideally in healthcare
    • Cheerful, reliable, and careful personality with a strong service orientation as well as a structured and independent way of working
    • Open and positive manner that contributes to a respectful and collegial team environment
