About the job
Profile. Berufsvorbereitungsjahr Winterthur is a one-year public bridging programme for young people and young adults without an apprenticeship or follow-up solution.We support learners in career orientation and apprenticeship search and prepare them both professionally and cross-disciplinarily for entering the workforce. We are pleased to fill a versatile and responsible position at the Grüze location starting the 2026/2027 school year. The workload is 9 lessons per week.

Your Profile
- Teaching diploma for lower or upper secondary level
- Interest in and enjoyment of working with young people and young adults
- Teamwork skills, resilience, flexibility, openness
