Your tasks

• You take on the holistic care and support of our clients in their familiar home environment
• You coordinate and organise comprehensive care
• You work closely with doctors and other professionals
• You ensure a high standard of nursing and service quality

What you bring

• Qualification as a Registered Nurse HF
• Enjoyment of independent work
• Responsibility, flexibility and a respectful attitude
• Very good German language skills, spoken and written
• Driving licence category B
