Plant Operator Food Sector (m/f/d)
Role:
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a reliable and responsible individual for a leading company in the Swiss food industry. The company processes high-quality dairy products and stands for traditional craftsmanship, modern production facilities, as well as the highest quality and hygiene standards.
Responsibilities:
Operation, monitoring and control of modern production facilities in cheese manufacturing
Ensuring smooth production processes while adhering to quality requirements
Conducting production checks and documenting process data
Preparation, setup and cleaning of production equipment
Monitoring production parameters and initiating corrective measures in case of deviations
Compliance with hygiene, quality and food safety regulations
Performing minor maintenance and servicing tasks on the equipment
Supporting the optimisation of production processes
Collaboration with quality assurance, technical and logistics departments
Qualifications:
Training as a plant operator EFZ or comparable technical basic training
Experience in a food or production company is an advantage
Technical understanding of automated production systems
Willingness to work shifts
Very good German language skills, spoken and written
