Polymechanic as CNC Machinist Turning
Activities
- Independent setup and operation of CNC turning-milling centers
- Responsible processing and handling of production orders according to specifications
- Loading, monitoring, and operating the automated loading robots
- Preparing, setting up, and maintaining tools including monitoring tool life
- Ensuring the required quality through ongoing self-checks and measurements
- Performing maintenance work as well as minor repairs and servicing on the machines
Requirements
- Completed apprenticeship as a polymechanic or production mechanic
- Several years of professional experience in turning
- Experience with multi-channel controls desired
- Good knowledge of common MS Office applications
- Very good German language skills
