Your new job

• With your commitment, you ensure the technical operation with its various systems by planning, coordinating, and managing technical maintenance and services
• Actively organize the commissioning of external service companies, ensure clean completion of orders, and fully document them
• Plan the maintenance to be carried out group-wide and manage the technical pending tasks
• Take on projects and initiatives in the technical environment - from planning to successful handover
• Support the team and the technical manager in various coordination topics and contribute to professional building management

What we benefit from

• Completed training as a building technician or electrician (EFZ) with at least 5 years of practical professional experience
