In this position, you will take on the mechanical production, assembly and adjustment of components as well as ensuring consistently high manufacturing quality. You will work independently on various production orders, support adjacent areas and actively contribute to the optimisation of production processes. In doing so, you combine precise craftsmanship, technical understanding and a structured way of working with a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
Manufacture of mechanical components and spare parts based on technical documents and manufacturing specifications
Carrying out assembly, adjustment and prototype work on mechanical assemblies
Checking the dimensional accuracy, quality and function of the manufactured parts
Operation, setup as well as simple maintenance and care work on production machines
Supporting adjacent areas such as assembly, material flow or logistics as needed
Contributing to the analysis and optimisation of manufacturing processes and workflows
Qualifications:
Completed technical or mechanical vocational training, ideally as a polymechanic or in a comparable profession
Several years of experience in mechanical manufacturing as well as pronounced technical understanding
Good knowledge of CNC programming, preferably with Heidenhain iTNC 530
Confident handling of technical drawings and manufacturing documents
Independent, precise and quality-oriented way of working
Team spirit, flexibility and a high sense of responsibility
Fluent German language skills
