Construction Project Manager, 90-100% (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• As a construction project manager, you coordinate and supervise the construction sites, independently managing construction projects from the planning phase through to the construction phase
• With your team, you accompany construction projects in the residential, hotel, and industrial sectors
• You act in an advisory and leading role towards clients and craftsmen
• Cost and schedule control, tendering, and submissions complement your varied and demanding range of tasks
• The workload can be 90 or 100%, depending on your preference

Requirements

• You have a basic education as a bricklayer, carpenter, architectural draughtsman / building draughtsman or similar and have further trained as an architect, construction project manager or site manager / construction technician (m/f/d)
• Solid professional experience as a site manager or construction project manager is desirable but not mandatory
• Would you describe yourself as resilient, well organised, competent, and solution-oriented?
