Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the autonomous operation and supervision of the cutting and bending machines
• Ensuring a smooth, efficient and high-quality production process
• Flexible deployment as a floater between cutting/bending and assembly
• Precise assembly of miniature connectors with increased quality requirements
• Independent reading and implementation of work documents and technical drawings
• Provision of materials, work documents, tools and fixtures
• Processing and distribution of delivered materials
• Conducting material inventories
• Carrying out inspections according to specifications as well as final inspections, quality assurance approvals and packaging work
• Recording and feedback of production orders in SAP

Your Profile

• Completed technical training, e.g. as an automation technician, polymechanic, production mechanic or in a comparable profession
• Several years of professional experience in a similar role
• Experience in an industrial production environment
• High degree of independence, reliability and a strong sense of responsibility
• Precise, structured and quality-oriented way of working
• Resilient and robust personality with a positive attitude and team spirit
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of cross-departmental collaboration
• Basic SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form; English skills are an advantage
• Flexibility as well as willingness to work overtime and shifts
