About the job
Your tasks include
- Psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatment of our patients
- Leading an interdisciplinary team together with the nursing ward management
- Coordinating the specialists involved in the treatment
- Guidance and supervision of assistant doctors and psychologists
- Commitment to training and further education
- Active implementation and further development of the therapy offer
- Participation in the senior physician on-call service
You bring with you
- Specialist title in Psychiatry and Psychotherapy FMH or Swiss-recognised equivalent; for foreign diplomas, recognition by the Federal Office of Public Health (BAG/MEBEKO) is a prerequisite or you are close to completing the training
- High social competence and enthusiasm for commitment to individual patient needs
- Willingness for conceptual design and continuous development of the therapeutic offer
- Evidence-based working method, networked thinking and enjoyment of interprofessional collaboration
- Independent and integrative working and leadership style
