Your tasks are diverse and significant:
- You support our residents with everyday tasks and basic care
- You also contribute your energy to household tasks
- You give our residents attention, recognize and respect their needs, and have an open ear and heart for them
- You actively shape everyday life by accompanying group activities
- You contribute your ideas and knowledge to the team – whether in care reports, meetings, or training sessions
What you bring with you:
- A completed training as an SRK nursing assistant or the willingness to complete it. We contribute to the training costs
- Joy in dealing with elderly people and respect for their personality
- Initiative, responsibility, and reliability
- Empathy, humor, and team spirit
- Openness to new things and flexibility
