- You are responsible for first- & second-level support in the area of digital advertising panels
- You independently process user reports via IT tickets, forward them to the specialist departments and coordinate/monitor the problem resolution
- You work on various projects in the field of digital media products as well as internal IT infrastructure
- You have very good knowledge of MS Office products as well as Microsoft operating systems and good network knowledge (TCP/IP)
- You are proficient in handling Active Directory and are characterised by a strong service orientation and communication skills
- You are well organised, work independently and precisely
- You speak and write German fluently and have good English skills (French skills are an advantage)

Tasks

Profile
- You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (ideally with a focus on system technology / platform development) or have several years of professional experience in a comparable role and further training, e.g. as an ICT supporter SIZ- You have very good knowledge of MS Office products as well as Microsoft operating systems and good network knowledge (TCP/IP)
- You are proficient in handling Active Directory and are characterised by a strong service orientation and communication skills
- You are well organised, work independently and precisely
- You speak and write German fluently and have good English skills (French skills are an advantage)
