About the job
As a Demi-Chef de Partie in the banquet department, you’re the steady hand in the banquet kitchen. You’ll play a key role, contributing your innovative ideas to the design and preparation of dishes that enchant our guests’ senses. You’ll work closely with our Banquet Sous Chef and the team to continuously improve the presentation and quality of our offerings.

- You work independently, reliably, and with a strong focus on hygiene
- You have completed your training in fine dining
- You have experience in a similar position
- You’re passionate about large-scale banquet kitchens and enjoy treating your guests to culinary delights
- You’re brimming with ideas and creativity You’re a team player
- You have good language skills in German and English
- You either have a Swiss B or C permit or an EU citizenship
