Your Tasks
- Complex disposition and allocation of physiotherapy and training appointments
- Reception of our patients and handling of admission formalities
- Customer-oriented processing of inquiries and their clarifications
- General secretarial tasks and administrative activities
Your Profile
- You have training as a medical practice assistant or as a medical secretary and already bring professional experience in disposition in the healthcare sector
- Reliable, quality-conscious, and efficient work as well as very good IT skills (MS Office) are among your strengths
- You have a quick grasp, a high concentration ability, and think in a networked way
- You prefer a dynamic environment where you can apply your organizational skills
- You are a team player and stand out for your communicative skills
- Fluent German and good spoken French skills complete your profile
