The Waldheim Foundation offers people with intellectual, physical and psychological disabilities a variety of residential and day-structure places in six residential homes. More than 340 employees are committed to the high quality of life of around 220 clients.
With immediate effect or by arrangement, we are looking for a
Residential Group Leader for the Sonne residential home in Rehetobel.
Residential Group Leader
Your tasks:
- Active participation in all areas of the residential group (care, nursing and leisure activities)
- Responsibility for the daily routine and development opportunities of the residents
- Administrative and personnel management of a team of around eight employees
- Collaboration with relatives and professionals
- Support for trainees and interns
- Participation in project and working groups
Your profile:
- Completed training as a care specialist or health EFZ, social pedagogue HF/FH, in the nursing field HF/FH or specialist for the support of people with disabilities FA
- Resilience and organisational skills in demanding situations
- Flexibility and humour
- Team- and solution-oriented working style
- Exchange and networking within the management
- Willingness to work irregular hours and weekend shifts
