Your Tasks
You work in the care and support of people with dementia and, together with the team, ensure high-quality, person-centered care. In doing so, you apply your expertise purposefully and orient yourself to recognized nursing concepts and current quality standards in dementia care.
Our role model focuses on strengthening the individual competencies of all team members. Within this framework, you actively support the further development and implementation of role organization and accompany changes in everyday nursing. You take on professional additional tasks in the nursing process and quality management, contribute to the further development of care and support standards, and help optimize nursing procedures.
With your reflective and responsible way of working, you make an important contribution to ensuring consistently high care quality and to the sustainable relief of the entire nursing team.
Your Profile
- Education at tertiary level (FH, HF, DNII, AKP, PsyKP, KWS) or
- Education at secondary level (FaGe, FaBe, DNI, FASRK, elderly care worker, home care worker, etc.)
- Interest and ideally experience in the care and support of people with dementia
- Organizational skills as well as a structured and reliable way of working
- Teamwork skills, resilience, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Empathetic, respectful, and patient interaction with residents
