As a member of our Datacentre Operations team, you will take responsibility in this exciting and forward-looking position for the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art and highly available data centre.

With professionalism and great responsibility, you will ensure monitoring and first intervention for our mission-critical systems in a 24/7 shift operation.

Your area of responsibility

Active monitoring of various supply technology systems for functionality and values
Inspections of building technology systems using checklists
Escalating and coordinating the technical 2nd and 3rd level support
Accompanying and supervising third parties inside and outside the buildings
Collaboration with other technical teams
Control and security rounds (both internal and external inspections)
Performing administrative tasks (documentation, etc.)

Your skills

Completed (technical) basic training desirable and technical affinity
High sense of responsibility and quality awareness
Enjoyment of communication and ability to recognise connections
Willingness to work shifts (24/7)
Fluent German and good English skills (communication in English must be possible)
Impeccable reputation (debt enforcement and criminal record extracts)
Mobility is required (driving licence and own vehicle available)
