- Providing targeted and personalised insurance advice to clients you meet at their homes, at the agency, or by phone
- Professional follow-up and development of your own client portfolio
- Acquiring new clients to ensure the growth of your region's client portfolio
- Offering other AXA products (finance and pensions, health services)
- Carrying out administrative tasks related to your position, supported by the entire AXA structure and modern tracking tools

- With a professional diploma and initial experience in advisory or sales roles, you have a keen interest in diligently training in the insurance field
- You can demonstrate a very good knowledge of the local economic fabric and a wide network in this region as you live there
- Your personality is service-oriented and you have ease in interacting with others, you seek solutions for your clients and can adapt to any situation
- You have a competitive spirit and enjoy taking on challenges, your working method is autonomous and a remuneration based on your own performance is an additional source of motivation
- You are proficient in French both orally and in writing; any other language is an advantage
- You are comfortable with common IT systems as well as learning new digital tools
