What can you expect?
During your three-year training, you will gain insight into various departments and be deployed in the following work situations:
- Welcoming and referring bank customers
- Advising bank customers
- Supporting bank customers via digital channels
- Assisting in customer consultations
- Preparing and processing banking transactions administratively
In the various departments, you will be accompanied and supported by competent and experienced practical trainers. You can complete the training with us either as EFZ extended basic education or with a vocational baccalaureate.
