- Applying and wiring strain gauges (DMS) as well as other sensors
- Preparing components and manufacturing application tools
- Balancing and calibrating DMS measurement bridges
- Calibrating and maintaining measurement/ electronic systems
- Manufacturing and servicing cabling
- Providing measurement and control systems for wind tunnel tests
- Commissioning, functional testing and support of measurement chains as well as documenting experimental measurement technology
What you bring with you
- Completed training as a micromechanic, precision mechanic, watchmaker, automation technician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or equivalent
- Several years of professional experience in the application of bare strain gauges (DMS) and DMS-based sensors
- Distinct fine mechanical skills as well as basic electrical engineering knowledge are an advantage
- Very good German and good English skills, both spoken and written
- Precise and quality-conscious working method, partly under the microscope
- Patient and persistent personality with a high quality standard for accuracy and documentation
