Site Logistics Manager (M/F)

A local player, Groupe E Tech, thanks to its expertise, is the reference partner for multi-technical projects in the fields of installations, electrical panels and infrastructures, telecommunications, multimedia, solar, heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, sanitary, water treatment, as well as maintenance of installations.

Mission:

• Manage stock across various external storage sites.
• Ensure coordination between field teams, project managers and various internal stakeholders.
• Organise and monitor the transfer of equipment between different sites and construction sites.
• Ensure transport, delivery and retrieval of equipment on construction sites.
• Monitor stocks, anticipate needs and ensure equipment availability.
• Handle employee requests by email and perform administrative tasks inherent to the role.
• Manage temporary equipment and shared tools: preparation and provision of equipment; receipt and inspection of returns; monitoring of rentals; maintenance, refurbishment and traceability of equipment; management of recalls and availability.

Profile:

• Holder of a Federal VET Diploma (CFC) as logistics manager or equivalent training.
• Proven experience in a technical environment related to building.
• Proficient in MS Office tools, especially Excel; knowledge of an ERP system is an asset.
• Dynamic, flexible and service-oriented personality.
• Excellent team spirit while able to work independently.
• Strong organisational skills, ability to anticipate and coordinate several activities simultaneously.
• Comfortable managing priorities, emergencies and stress.
• Category B driving licence essential; forklift licence and C1 licence are a significant advantage.
