- Commercial training
- Experience in insurance and passed intermediary examination (VBV) highly advantageous
- Willingness to undertake regular further training

- Convincing appearance with pleasure in dealing with people
- Positive and winning manner, sales flair
- Good German language skills in spoken and written form, additional languages advantageous
