Qualifications

Your tasks

• Under the direction of the head chef, pamper our guests with the best food quality in terms of taste and expertise
• Implement the kitchen philosophy and the restaurant concept of the gourmet restaurant "Spettacolo" (16 Gault Millau points)
• You independently lead and organise your station, manage and supervise the employees assigned to you
