About the job
Building Technician Sanitary SVQ 100 %- You ensure the reliable operation, maintenance and servicing of sanitary installations.
- You coordinate external service providers and ensure smooth collaboration with internal contacts as well as the product team.
- You are responsible for the permanent availability of technical systems (e.g. water treatment such as softening plants and reverse osmosis, pumps, emergency showers, sprinkler systems).
- You independently carry out repair and small assembly work and handle service desk orders professionally and efficiently.
- You plan and undertake technical inspection rounds, document your assignments and initiate appropriate measures in case of malfunctions.
- You work closely and collegially with specialists from various technical disciplines.
- You provide on-call service, participate in the alarm group and actively contribute to safe and trouble-free operation.
- You have completed an apprenticeship in the field of sanitary, building technology or a comparable technical education.
- You bring experience in the operation and maintenance of technical infrastructure systems and ideally already have knowledge in the maintenance area or the motivation to develop yourself purposefully.
- You work independently, in a structured and reliable manner and take responsibility for your tasks.
- You appreciate exchange with different stakeholders and convince with your open and professional communication.
- You have good IT user skills and confidently use digital work tools in everyday work.
- You are willing to provide on-call service, hold a category B driving licence and are ready to actively uphold our high safety standards.
- You are willing to engage intensively with the HVAC field and to expand your knowledge there purposefully.
