Your Responsibilities
Head of Staff Pool
Leadership, promotion, and development of the internal staff pool based on modern leadership principles
Expansion and management of the volunteer service
Recruitment and onboarding for the staff pool as well as the volunteer service
Deputy Head of Nursing Service
Representation of the nursing service management during absences, with defined tasks
Ensuring and further developing nursing quality as well as implementing evidence-based standards in shared leadership, expertise, and management
Planning and implementation of the department's annual goals and budget requirements
Participation in projects, working groups, and networks and representation of the nursing service in coordination with the nursing service management

Your Profile
Completed diploma in health and nursing (HF/FH/BSc/MSc)
Additional training in healthcare management; a MAS degree completed or in progress
Several years of leadership experience in nursing
Solid expertise in current nursing topics, nursing science developments, and management
Strong communication skills, conflict resolution ability, and cooperative collaboration are a matter of course for you
Customer-oriented action and business management thinking
Assertiveness, resilience, empathy, initiative, and ability for self-reflection
