For our Trek Bicycle Store in Biel we are looking for an experienced :
Service Lead 100% (m/f/d)
You have the passion to inspire cyclists with high-quality products, expert advice, and top-notch service. Our goal is to motivate our customers to cycle and provide them with an unforgettable riding experience.
You manage the workshop and lead the organization of daily operations.
Your main tasks:
Offer our customers a high level of hospitality
Take responsibility for the acceptance, repair, and assembly of sold new bicycles as well as for the workshop business in the store
Monitor Trek metrics to ensure a profitable workshop
Continuous training on appropriate techniques and methods
Advise our customers on repairs, service packages, and accessories (Service Advisor)
Actively motivate and inspire customers for cycling
Co-create service offerings and promotions for customer retention
Your profile:
Passion for bicycles and the bike community
Several years of experience in the bicycle trade, ideally in a workshop environment
Professional experience in the sports industry is an advantage
Team player, resilience, communication skills, organizational talent
Conscientious, independent, and service-oriented work style
Motivation for new challenges
English and French skills are an advantage
