Production Manager 100% (m/f/d)

What is my role?

* Leadership, development and coaching of team leaders, supervisors and production staff with the aim of building a high-performing and motivated team

* Ensuring quality standards according to customer requirements and consistent adherence to agreed delivery dates

* Active implementation of shopfloor management as well as the introduction and application of other modern control methods for process optimisation

* Function as a central interface and communication hub between production, sales, R&D and management to ensure smooth information flow

* Independent development, detailed planning and structured implementation of production projects until successful transfer to series production

* Professional and solution-oriented handling of customer complaints involving the relevant specialist departments

* Continuous optimisation of productivity, increase in work efficiency and identification of improvement potential in all production areas

* Responsibility for production planning and control taking into account capacities, resources and deadlines

* Ensuring occupational safety, compliance with legal regulations and promotion of a safe working environment

* Budget responsibility for the production area as well as participation in the strategic further development of production processes

* Promotion of a culture of continuous improvement (CIP/Lean Management) throughout the production environment

* Completed technical education HF or Bachelor or Master in Science or Engineering (B.Sc., B.Eng., M.Sc., M.Eng.)

* Between 0 and 10 years of professional experience in leading, innovating or producing

* Knowledge in the production of optical components and opto-mechanical assemblies

* You strive to further develop yourself, your team and the entire company

* Very good German skills; English skills are an advantage
