Your tasks
- Organization and coordination of secretarial and administrative processes in different specialist areas
- General secretarial and administrative tasks, including appointment management, correspondence, and document management
- Support of medical and therapeutic teams in daily business
- Processing of incoming and outgoing mail as well as telephone and email correspondence
- Maintenance of data and documents in compliance with data protection and quality standards
- Contact person for internal and external inquiries
Your profile
- Completed commercial training, ideally in healthcare, or completed training as a medical assistant (MFA) (m/f/d)
- Professional experience in secretarial or administrative areas desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organizational skills, flexibility, and a structured way of working
- Friendly, service-oriented demeanor as well as strong communication skills
- Discretion, reliability, and sense of responsibility
