Job Description
Support our great team at FinanceScout24, a successful FinTech startup specializing in the brokerage of car insurance and personal loans. Our goal is to help people in Switzerland find the best financial products that perfectly suit their needs. We offer our customers an exceptional user experience, including exclusive offers and seamless connections from online partner websites such as AutoScout24.
As an Online Sales Manager at FinanceScout24, you play a key role in bringing our vision of a transparent insurance and loan comparison for car dealers in Switzerland to life.
What to expect
- New customer acquisition of car dealers: You identify and acquire car dealers in Switzerland who can benefit from our insurance and loan comparison. For this, you develop a "playbook" that defines the planning and implementation of sales promotion measures for new customer acquisition, which you also successfully execute.
- Customer support: You are responsible for the onboarding process of car dealers. You work closely with the participating car dealers and ensure that they optimally use our services and advise their customers in the best possible way.
- Relationship management: You build and maintain long-term relationships with our key partners. You strengthen collaboration and ensure the growth of our partners together with FinanceScout24.
- Market analysis: You continuously analyze the market and the credit and insurance needs of car dealers to identify business opportunities and adapt and improve our products and services together with our team from product management, product design, and our developers accordingly.
- Network building & collaboration: You actively establish contacts with the most important business associations in Switzerland and collaborate with them. At the same time, you work closely with the Field Sales Manager for FinanceScout24 to ensure coordinated market development and optimally utilize synergies in sales.
Qualifications
What you bring
- You have proven success in sales, ideally in the B2B sector, preferably in the automotive, insurance, or financial services industry.
- You are communicative and persuasive. You also demonstrate a strong performance orientation.
- You have excellent negotiation skills and the necessary persistence and endurance to close deals.
- You are motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about innovative, digital products.
- You have a good understanding of the automotive industry and the needs of car dealers.
- You are willing to familiarize yourself with the world of motor vehicle insurance and personal loans.
- You are flexible and can work independently.
- You have excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written. French/Italian is a plus.
